Here are some answers to commonly asked questions to help you navigate the process.

To obtain a material transfer agreement (MTA) or confidentiality/non-disclosure agreement (CDA/NDA), please submit a request via the Innovation Agreements Portal here.

If you have not received funding for development of your idea and/or do not have any supporting data, please complete the idea disclosure form. If you have received funding and/or have collected supporting data, an Invention Disclosure Form (IDF) is required.

We will confirm receipt of your idea within one business day, and our advisory panel will review your submission.

You will receive confirmation of receipt of your Invention Disclosure Form (IDF) and a case number will be assigned to your IDF.

If you are transferring materials into or out of Jefferson in connection with preclinical (i.e. “bench”) research, please submit a MTA request via the Innovation Agreements Portal here.
